How it works
Email contact@thegreatperfumes.com within 14 days of your order arriving. Tell us your order number and which items you’re returning. We’ll send you the return address.
Once we receive the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What we accept
Any bottle, opened or not. We’d rather you try it properly than send back something you never smelled.
What we don’t cover
Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. In that case, email us and we’ll cover it.
