We accept returns within 14 days. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product may be tested. This applies to all 50 ML dropper bottles.
The 20 ML roll-on bottle is not eligible for return due to hygiene. The “test and decide” option does not apply to 20 ML products. During the Mother’s Day sales, it is exceptionally allowed to exchange 20 ML bottles if it is the first purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will also notify you about the refund, which will be processed within 5 business days.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the unwanted item. You can send the package back to us with a tracking code so you always know where your shipment is.
